RBT – It’s a 30 minute, full body conditioning class that employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core.
This class combats many of the issues pole dancers or aerialists may encounter during their journey. We focus on building the muscles that help with joint stability in the rotator cuff, hips, shoulders, back and arms.
You’ll see fat burning results without gaining unwanted muscle mass. Your muscles will be toned and lean. We also use physio approved moves to strengthen and stabilise muscles around joints.
You’ll target EVERY muscle in your body in unique ways. These classes will bring you new challenges, new accomplishments and new results. They’re like nothing you’ve ever done before!
