Tabata Strength Training


We have an exciting new class added to our timetable… Tabata Training.

What Is Tabata

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes.

The training will incorporate the poles and help to build strength for any pole fit or aerial class. This training is a unique way to build strength whilst also focusing on the muscles you will use for your classes.

You don’t need any pole or aerial experience to join this class, just the will to get stronger and burn lots of calories!

Many beginners take this class to build strength before joining our main classes. Prebooking is essential as there are only 10 places.

Tabata has been proven to have fast results. You’ll do 10 different exercises (6 on the pole and 4 without the pole). Each burst is for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest and lasting a total of 4 minutes on each one.

You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You’ll complete eight sets of each exercise.

Extra Free Class

Tabata Training will be followed by 1 hour of Pole play where you will be able to practice whatever you have been learning in class or just polish up your moves. You’ll have your own pole so you can even practice routines. Also if you have ever wanted to try acro yoga there will be opportunity for those who want to try.
