Pole Dancing Party
A pole dancing party makes a fabulous start to a hen night or a girl’s party. During your pole dancing party, you will learn some basic spins, tricks and linking moves that will be put together in a little dance routine! Proving to be great icebreakers, Pole Sessions will leave you stress free to enjoy the day with your family, friends and colleagues. Burlesque Party
You can now have a Burlesque themed party from Pole Sessions. This is for ladies of any age, shape, and size or fitness level and is ideal for a saucy hen party activity. You will learn to be confident, sexy and look glamorous! We will teach you sexy poses, walks and how to use props such as Boas and Gloves. Our teachers will guide you through the glamour and teach you the Art of Tease. Read more
Belly Dancing Party
Belly Dancing is a great way for you to release your inner being through dance. It will also give you and your girlfriends an opportunity to have lots of fun. A Belly Dance Party allows any women, no matter their shape or size, to enjoy the beautiful art of Belly Dance. A Belly Dance Hen Party is all about making the Bride feel special and can also help to break the ice if you have a group of girls that have just met, plus giving you something to talk about for years to come! Team Building
We’ll teach you some great confidence-boosting pole dancing techniques, starting with some basic spins, swings and static holds. We then choreograph these basic tricks into a fantastic routine, complete with transitional moves and some floor work. By now everyone will be ready to show off their moves and after a little practice, it’s time to strut their stuff. Read more
