AcroBalance and AcroYoga Classes in Manchester.
Every Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm
In our acrobalance class we will teach you how to work as a team! We will be working in small groups and in pairs. You will be well spotted and helped with every aspect of the class.
You will either be the base or the flyer. We’ll teach you both ways to see which you love.!
You’ll learn amazing tricks, lifts and beautiful poses.
When you’re feeling more confident you can create beautiful sequences with your partner.
Acro balance is a fun class, and guarenteed to make you laugh. Our floor is padded so don’t worry about falling! The class will benefit your balance, co-ordination, conditioning and strengthening of ligaments; muscles and tendons.
You don’t need to bring a partner to class (unless you want to), we all mix together in groups to help each other work towards new moves and you will learn both the base and flyer parts to each move. You don’t even need to be super strong either, acrobalance is about balance and using your partner’s weight to assist with the movements. You don’t have to be flexible either, even as the flyer! You will gain more strength, flexibility and core control with each class!
