AB ATTACK – 30 MINUTES - FREE FOR POLE AND AERIAL STUDENTS (ALSO MUMS WHO’S CHILDREN ARE IN THE AERIAL CLASS)

WHAT IS AB ATTACK?

Looking for an intense abdominal workout? Our Ab Attack classes are an intense conditioning workout focused on developing your core muscles.

30 minutes devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection, toning and build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. We will target the obliques, posture muscles of the middle and lower back, and of course that 6-pack!

Abs Attack uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.

Pole dancing never feels like a fitness class, it’s never boring, and you will always leave feeling you have had a great workout. At Pole Sessions you will focus on the fitness and weight loss element, combined with routines and athletic moves to ensure you have the best workout possible.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes at 7pm

In this class we will allow you to try all of our aerial fitness workouts at once! Perfect for those who can’t decide which they love most, or those who like to mix it up a little!

Classes are small, and all skill levels are welcome, with separate aerial silks given to more advanced students.

Monday – 7.15pm – Childrens Bugeisha Street Defence

CHILDRENS BUGEISHA STREET SELF DEFENCE

EVERY MONDAY 7.15PM – £5  AGE 7+

Parents can take part with their children. Children aged 13+ can join the later class if they want to.

Highly lethal mixed martial arts to teach them street defence. This is only suited to older children.

Worried your child is being bullied? Are they walking the streets alone? Starting high school? Nervous? Scared of the monster under their bed? Then this class is perfect for them!

There is no monthly fee, no gradings, just classes every week to train them.

Defend themselves in any situation!

Monday – 8.15pm – Womens Street Self Defence

Whether you work in a high risk environment, want to feel safe walking alone at night or just feel you’d like to learn something new then we can give you the tools to defend yourself!

You will learn a varity of moves. pressure points, blocks, kicks and punches and then practise in staged realistic encounters where you will use your new skills to defend yourself!

Fabulous mixture of lots of defence styles to give you one, perfect self defence style that is modern, efficient and highly lethal close combat system.

Tuesday – 6pm – Bungee Fitness

What is it you may ask… Well… We use body harnesses and resistant bungee cord. We strap you in and literally fly around the room and off the walls!

It’s a high intensity workout guaranteed to lose pounds and tone up your body. Every muscle group in your body will be worked and its fab for core muscles.  The bungee and harness allows you to perform manoeuvres that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to do. You’ll be able to float weightlessly over the floor, fly around like peter pan and have great fun.

Our Bungee workout offers an extremely high cardio class that metabolism going to start burning fat immediately without putting stress on joints. Bungee workouts are a combination of core training, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training.

Tuesday – 6.30pm – FREE Flying Pole

FLYING AERIAL POLE CLASSES MANCHESTER – 30 MINUTES FREE CLASS TUESDAY 6.30PM

The Flying Aerial Pole joins aerial and pole fitness dancing together.

The flying skypole hangs from the ceiling and spins! Its great fun and a fab addition to both our aerial and pole fitness classes!

This is free for our pole fitness and aerial students to go on and have some fun!

Classes are free to all Pole and Aerial Students.  Places are limited.

Tuesday – 8.15pm at our Worsley, Manchester Studio

This is a fun and SEXY class!

You get to bring your heels and dance around the pole whilst creating fun and exciting routines! This class will help you bring the glamour back into your routines.

The maximum amount of students is 20 for the heels classes, so please book in advance to guarantee your place.

STRETCH AND FLEX CLASSES

Stretch and flex is just like your cool down but much more intensive. You will be doing stretches to make yourself more flexible. These classes are open to everyone, whether you no exercise or activity to those who come to our other classes like Pole Fitness, Aerial Arts or Self Defence.

We stretch a veriety of different muscles. Including shoulders, legs, hips, back and stomach!

You will be shown and achieve how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, Back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes!

Want to try Pole Fitness Dancing and are not sure about joining a course?

We offer taster sessions that are 1 hour to 75 minutes and show you some of the basics about Pole Fitness.

You will learn strength building, a routine and of course some fabulous pole dancing moves on the pole!

Places are limited so please book in advance to secure your place.

Taster Lessons run on the first day of a beginner course. That way when you realise you love it, you can carry on the course!
