What you will learn in our Pole dance classes?
Learn basic to complex pole moves, floor work, walking with confidence, pole dance choreographies, poses on the pole, as well as tricks and spins that will help you move gracefully around the pole.

What does pole dancing involve?
Pole dancing is a unique dance form; it combines flexibility, strength, elegance, and posture in a fun and enjoyable way. Pole dancing never feels like a fitness class, it’s never boring, and you will always leave feeling you have had a great workout. At Pole Sessions you will focus on the fitness and dance elements, combined with routines and athletic moves to ensure you have the best workout possible.
Pole Fitness
Every Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm and Wednesday 7pm
All of our classes are 75 – 90 minutes long and include strength and flexibility training. Each class is carefully structured to teach you pole dancing safely and effectively.
Pole Sessions cater for levels of abilities. Whether you are an experienced pole dancer or just looking to start, we will have the right course for you. Please see the timetable on the classes’ page for course timetables and levels. These classes are suitable from beginner to advanced and will help you achieve the body you want, whist having fun and making new friends! Click for more information and class videos
Advanced Pole Fitness

Every Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm and Wednesday 7pm and an advanced only class every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
This is a 75 – 90 minute class for just the Intermediate and Advanced (must be able to invert well) – In this class we will be doing more linking together and advanced moves. You will be on the pole longer and this will offer an all over body workout. The class will also cover strength training and techniques to make you super advanced! Please do not forget to book your classes.

Heels Class
First Tuesday of the Month – 8.15pm
This is a fun class! You get to bring your heels and dance around the pole whilst creating fun and exciting routines! This class will help you bring the glamour back into your routines. Maximum amount of students 20, so please book in advance to guarantee your place

Pole Fitness Taster Lesson
Want to try Pole Fitness and are not sure about joining a course? We offer taster sessions that are 1 hour to 75 minutes and show you some of the basics about Pole Fitness.

Belly Dancing
Thursday 7pm
Whatever your level of experience – from a complete beginner to an advanced dancer - there will be a class for you! Learn the dance, rediscover your femininity, and tone your waist & hips … or simply for an enjoyable hour of movement to wonderful music in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Belly Tone
Whatever your level of experience – from a complete beginner to one of our pole or Zumba girls – there will be a class for you! This is more action packed for those really wanting to tone up their abs and lose inches round their stomach. You will definitely leave feeling like you have had a fabulous workout! Bokwa
Tuesday 6pm
BOKWA Fitness is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry. BOKWA Fitness is energetic, exciting, exuberant and exhilarating and consistently remains challenging, however is tailored for every type of individual to guide and assist with weight loss. Aerial Silks / Tissu
Come experience a beautiful new way of expression and movement.
Aerial Silks, Tissu or Fabric are two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a single point, that people wrap themselves in. You can create many beautiful poses and stunning dance routines. You will increase your strength, grace and flexibility, while you climb the silks and move your body into amazing poses and shapes. Click for more information and class videos
Aerial Hoop / Lyra
Monday 7pm and Wednesday 6pm
Hoop, also known as cerceau or lyra, is another wonderful circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful manoeuvres and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air. You can create amazing and beautiful poses and routines on the hoop and classes are always exciting. Each class is also structured to each student’s level and ability. Burlesque and Polesque
Wednesdays 6pm
Our burlesque classes focus on performance and complement our pole fitness classes for those wanting to turn their workout into something more fun. This is available for beginners and also those with burlesque experience!

Yoga
Core Energy – Wednesday 8pm – 75 minutes
Flow and Stretch – 75 minutes
The classes build strength and flexibility and will offer variations to some postures. The class focuses on moving from the core, keeping the body flexible while supported. A great class for anyone who wishes to strengthen their body whilst moving in a meditative flow. If you are up for surprises, challenges and having fun, this class is for you!

Stretch and Flex
Stretch and flex is just like your cool down but much more intensive. You will be doing stretches to make yourself more flexible. These classes are open to everyone, whether you no exercise or activity to those who come to our other classes like Pole Fitness, Zumba or Burlesque. You will be shown and achieve how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, Back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes! Private Lessons
Daytime and Evening
This is for those looking to perfect their moves with one to one training. Private lessons are held in the day or night time. (Night time classes are only available when the studio is free)
