Wednesday – 6pm – Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop – Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

Aerial Hoop, also known as cerceau, ring or lyra, is another wonderful circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful manoeuvres and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air.

You can create amazing and beautiful poses and routines on the aerial hoop and classes are always exciting. Each class is also structured to each student’s level and ability.

We have both the 1 point and 2 point aerial hoops at Pole Sessions both set at different heights off the floor so you can really get a feel for this type of fitness training.

Wednesday – 7pm – Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks, Tissu or Fabric are two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a single point, that people wrap themselves in. You can create many beautiful poses and stunning dance routines.

You will increase your strength, grace and flexibility, while you climb the silks and move your body into amazing poses and shapes. Drops and slides are an exciting and fun part of learning these circus apparatuses.

Classes are small, and all skill levels are welcome, with separate aerial silks given to more advanced students.

This is a fun class!

You get to bring your heels and dance around the pole whilst creating fun and exciting routines! This class will help you bring the glamour back into your routines and classes.

Practice all your moves whilst adding beautiful flowing link moves in your special heels!

Maximum amount of students, so please book in advance to guarantee your place

Want to try Pole Fitness Dancing and are not sure about joining a course?

We offer taster sessions that are 1 hour to 75 minutes and show you some of the basics about Pole Fitness.

You will learn strength building, a routine and of course some fabulous pole dancing moves on the pole!

Places are limited so please book in advance to secure your place.

Taster Lessons run once per month on either Monday 8pm, Tuesday 6pm or Wednesday at 6pm.

Beginner and Intermediate Pole Fitness

Pole FitnessEvery Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm and Wednesday 7pm – Manchester

All of our classes are 75 – 90 minutes long and include strength and flexibility training. Each class is carefully structured to teach you pole dancing safely and effectively.

Pole Sessions cater for levels of abilities. Whether you are an experienced pole dancer or just looking to start, we will have the right course for you. Please see the timetable on the classes’ page for course timetables and levels. Advanced Pole Fitness

Instructor Claire

Every Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm and Wednesday 7pm and an advanced only class every 2nd Tuesday of the month.

This is a 75 – 90 minute class for just the Intermediate and Advanced (must be able to invert well) – In this class we will be doing more linking together and advanced moves. You will be on the pole longer and this will offer an all over body workout. The class will also cover strength training and techniques to make you super advanced! Please do not forget to book your classes.

Heels Class

Heels ClassFirst Tuesday of the Month – 8.15pm

Stretch and Flex

Stretch and FlexStretch and flex is just like your cool down but much more intensive. You will be doing stretches to make yourself more flexible. These classes are open to everyone, whether you no exercise or activity to those who come to our other classes like Pole Fitness, Zumba or Burlesque. You will be shown and achieve how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, Back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes! Close to Manchester City Centre, Bolton, Whitefield, Bury, Radcliffe, Monton, Eccles, Little Lever, Farnworth, Salford, Boothstown, Trafford, Failsworth, Moston, Salford Quays, Prestwich, Pendlebury, Clifton, Little Hulton, Mosley Common, Little Lever and Stretford

Leigh is within a 20 minute drive from Higher Folds, Tyldesley, Atherton, Fowley Common, Culcheth, Newton-le-willows, Hindley Green, Westhoughton, Bickershaw, Irlam, Cadishead and Birchwood.

Classes MUST be booked in advance
