In this class we will allow you to try all of our aerial fitness workouts at once! Perfect for those who can’t decide which they love most, or those who like to mix it up a little!

Classes are small, and all skill levels are welcome, with separate aerial silks given to more advanced students.

KITTY VELOUR HEELS AND FLOW CLASS

Tuesday – 8.15pm at our Worsley, Manchester Studio

This is a fun and SEXY class!

You get to bring your heels and dance around the pole whilst creating fun and exciting routines! This class will help you bring the glamour back into your routines.

The maximum amount of students is 20 for the heels classes, so please book in advance to guarantee your place.

Want to try Pole Fitness Dancing and are not sure about joining a course?

We offer taster sessions that are 1 hour to 75 minutes and show you some of the basics about Pole Fitness.

You will learn strength building, a routine and of course some fabulous pole dancing moves on the pole!

Places are limited so please book in advance to secure your place.

Taster Lessons run on the first day of a beginner course. That way when you realise you love it, you can carry on the course!

Intermediate and Advanced Pole Fitness

This is a 75 minute class for just the Intermediate and Advanced (must be able to invert well) – In this class we will be doing more linking together and advanced moves. You will be on the pole longer and this will offer an all over body workout. The class will also cover strength training and techniques to make you super advanced! Please do not forget to book your classes.

Pole Fitness Taster Lesson

Taster LessonsWant to try Pole Fitness and are not sure about joining a course? We offer taster sessions that are 1 hour to 75 minutes and show you some of the basics about Pole Fitness. These are on the first day of a beginner course! You start with everyone else and if you like it (which you definatly will) you can just continue the course with everyone else!

Trapeze

Monday 7pm and Wednesday 6pm

The Static Trapeze is an aerial apparatus consisting of a bar hung from ropes. Climbing, inverting, rolling and turning students discover their centre of gravity in many different positions.

Trapeze is a fun, interesting, and challenging way to keep fit, and this course aims to build your strength and confidence, getting you off the ground and teaching you the basics. Click for more information

Aerial Silks / Tissu

Aerial SilksMonday 7pm and Wednesday 6pm

Come experience a beautiful new way of expression and movement.

Aerial Silks, Tissu or Fabric are two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a single point, that people wrap themselves in. You can create many beautiful poses and stunning dance routines. You will increase your strength, grace and flexibility, while you climb the silks and move your body into amazing poses and shapes. Click for more information and class videos

Aerial Hoop / Lyra

Aerial HoopMonday 7pm and Wednesday 6pm

Hoop, also known as cerceau or lyra, is another wonderful circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful manoeuvres and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air. You can create amazing and beautiful poses and routines on the hoop and classes are always exciting. Each class is also structured to each student’s level and ability. Stretch and Flex

Stretch and FlexStretch and flex is just like your cool down but much more intensive. You will be doing stretches to make yourself more flexible. These classes are open to everyone, whether you no exercise or activity to those who come to our other classes like Pole Fitness or Burlesque. You will be shown and achieve how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, Back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes! Click for more information

Men’s Pole Fitness

sherylEvery Thursday 7pm and Saturday 1pm

With the increase of men training on and around the pole in dance and fitness we have opened a men’s class! We decided to do our male classes in Manchester as more and more men discover what an effective method it is of gaining a stronger, more supple physique.

Pole fitness can be an alternative way to lift weights and gain strength, since it requires using ones own body weight to lift oneself up on a pole. Our classes in Worsley, Manchester  are taught buy our Pole Fitness instructors Sheryl and Nicola

Fabpole / Pole Silks

POLE DANCING AND AERIAL SILKS MIXED TOGETHER = POLE SILKS CLASSES (AKA FABPOLE)

Included in your Pole Fitness Courses

When we mix them together we get Pole Silks or Fabpole. This is an exciting new class we you can spin around the pole making beautiful shapes with the silks. Not only will the aerial silks give you more stability and confidence with your pole tricks but you will also create complete new poses, drops and spins.
